AMC High Grove
This commercial client had seen similar architectural spaces we had remodeled and needed to make some quick cosmetic changes to the clubhouse on a very tight timeframe and low budget. They wanted a more contemporary look to the spaces.
We painted out the large, gothic-looking black columns on the fireplace hearth to lighten up the space when you entered and the red columns to give the space a cleaner, less cluttered look. We chose white leather furniture with minimal pops of color from the fabrics and art. In less than a month, we produced Google Sketch-up and AutoCad drawings for the spaces. Our scope of service included choosing paint colors and carpet, selecting and delivery of all furniture, selection, delivering, and installing all art, and selecting tile for the clubhouse kitchen. We created kiosks for the entry and a wifi business center that residents could use for work. All interior paint colors, flooring, furniture, and art were chosen to fit the demographic of the future residents.
