Duvall Green Cottage
This jewel of a cottage was showcased in the 2018 Seattle Green Home Show. a Little Accent was enlisted to bring an aesthetic direction to this new construction. We provided direction for all the counters, tiles, lighting, cabinets, hardware, and paint colors throughout.
We chose a Quartzite Island countertop open beam ceiling and high cabinets for extra storage.
The client wanted this space to feel spacious and light despite the small size of house.
We had carried the repurposed beams into the shelving and under the kitchen island. Extra storage was brought in on each side of the large island.
Client wanted stained concrete flooring throughout the entire cottage.
A large mirror was installed to make the small bathroom appear to be bigger.
Double French doors allow for the outside deck to be brought inside for more space.
Wood trim and paint colors gave a continuity to this charming cottage.
Separate garage with plenty of windows provided a space for multi-use area.
